WHY United Foundation - Where Hope Yields
WHY United is a combination of two charitable non profit organisations, Assist from Denmark, www.assist-denmark.dk, and the SONshine Club Kenya Project based in Northern Ireland, www.sckp.co.uk. Both charities have been working in Kenya within the Tharaka area mainly, but their work spreads to Chuka and Meru, and have been working in the same regions of Kenya for several years now and doing similar work, with similar aims and vision.
WHY United is based on a Christian foundations and builds on the understanding that all people are equal. Why United will provide help and assistance to people regardless of race, sex, religion and social status.
WHY United Foundation is a Company Limited by Guarantee and registered
in Nairobi, having both European and Kenyan Directors, and is enabled to
carry out a wide range of charitable activities.
